Today's Reading Exodus 18
Jethro, Moses' father-in-law heard about all that Moses does, and he offered a butn offering and broke bread with Moses. (v. 1-12); he advised Moses to delegate. Sometimes we do not want to delegate because we don't trust the people or we think that we cando it all by ourselves.
